This replacement motor terminals might not be in the same place as the original, so if the cabinet wiring leads aren't quite long enough to splice it in properly, use the supplied insulated push-on leads, part #WR00X3022.~n~nLook for sufficient clearance by the motor terminals, and bend them a bit if necessary. ~nDress the wiring harness and the leads to prevent any pinching of the wires or interference with the fan blades.
